SHOP SUPERVISOR

  • Service oriented individuals
  • Male, at least 28 years old
  • Graduate of Automotive Technology/ TESDA
  • Good interpersonal skills, good moral character, good planning and leadership skills, responsible and hardworking
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Auto Technician
  • Ready to be assigned in any Motech branches
  • With drivers license

Basic Salary P15,000.00 monthly

AUTO TECHNICIAN / or SR. MECHANIC

  • Service oriented individuals
  • Male, at least 22 years old
  • Graduate of Automotive Technology/ TESDA & NC II passer
  • Has knowledge in Auto Mechanical works
  • Flexible, honest and can work with less supervision
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Must be willing to undergo training
  • Ready to be assigned in any Motech branches

Basic Salary – Daily rate + cola + incentive and commission

FRONT DESK OFFICER

  • Analytical, responsible and hardworking
  • Female, at least 21years old
  • College Level / College Graduate
  • Flexible, honest, and with a sense of responsibility
  • Must be willing to undergo training
  • Ready to be assigned in any Motech branches

Basic Salary P13,000.00 monthly

JOB DESCRIPTION PER POSITION:

Position: Shop Supervisor

Key Objective:

  • To contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by giving technical service to the OM through overall supervision of the shop, technicians and services of Motech.

Critical Objective:

  • To provide quick and reliable service to the customer by coordinating customer needs with the technicians and the maintenance of quality control.
  • To train, supervise, develop and control the technicians' job
  • To implement the control and maintenance of tools and equipments and other company properties.
  • To be able to meet budgeted sales for the year.

Specific Objective:

  • Customer Service
    - To greet and welcome customers the moment they come in. Ask the customer about the problem of his/her vehicle.
    - Do preliminary checks on the vehicle and prepare job order.
    - Schedule and assign the work to a technician.
    - Do road testing, to make sure that the job is done properly and accurately to avoid backjobs.
    - Verify services done vs. job order.
  • Training
    - Implement training program and monitor trainees progress
    - Check technicians work if accurate and in accordance with Motech standards
        * Provide system for technicians on how to fully utilize their time
        * Constantly analyze present procedures in order to come up with a better system
        * Expose and train all technician for other services
    - Come up with a rating at the end of each quarter and recommend merit ratings for deserving technicians
  • Shop control and maintenance
    - Do weekly inventory of tools and equipment
    - Maintain shop cleanliness
  • Sales
    - Discuss with OM for each month sales accomplishments
    - Communicate with the technicians the sales result per week.
    - Meet with marketing people about some marketing plans.

Position: Customer Care Clerk/Front Desk Officer

Reports To:

Key Objective:

  • To contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by properly implementing company's marketing and billing systems and procedures and give support in doing marketing plans

Critical Objective:

  • To attend to customers' needs and inquiries-OPERATION
  • To give assistance to shop supervisor in terms of office sales and proper inventory monitoring-ACCOUNTING
  • Preparation of billing and sales report -ACCOUNTING
  • Recommend some marketing plans-MARKETING

Specific Objectives:

  • Customer
    - Attends to customer inquiries
    - Make sure that the customer is comfortable while waiting
    - Informs the customer about the locations of other branches
    - Informs customers about on-going promos, warranties and benefits
  • Sales & Billing
    - Do office sales
    - Maintains availability of stocks (min-max)-accounting
    - Prepares technicians daily sales objective-
    - Prepares customers' bill-accounting
    - Prepares weekly sales report-
    - Propose marketing plans
    - Prepares month end reports-accounting

--For service job complain, supervisor will check on the job order and discuss it with him/her. In case the supervisor can't handle the complaint he will refer the customer to the manager.

--For batteries & tires, supervisor will initially check the tires and batteries but will inform the customer that the final diagnosis will come from the supplier. If customer is willing to talk to the supplier's representative the supervisor will set an appointment.

--For personnel related complain both the supervisor and the manager will talk to the customer.

Position : Automotive Technician
Reports To : Shop Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer who are coming inside the shop.
  • Do mandatory complete vehicle check before job execution.
  • Testing the vehicle before and after.
  • Report to Shop supervisor the findings and ask for a job order before executing the work.
  • Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.
  • Repairing or replacing worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage.
  • Following a checklist in ensuring that, they examine each critical part of the vehicle.
  • Watching or inspecting closely parts like hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other possible troublesome items.
  • Using machine tools, such as grinding machines and lathes to rebuild brakes.
  • Using common hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers, to work on small-scale parts.
